1. Acceptance

By accessing or using LuumynOS HUB, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use LuumynOS HUB. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading, you grant LuumynOS HUB a non-exclusive licence to display, distribute, and transcode your content on the platform. You are solely responsible for ensuring you own or have rights to all content you upload.

4. Prohibited Content

The following is strictly forbidden: illegal content, NSFW or adult material, harassment, hate speech, spam, malware, content involving minors in any sexual context, and content that violates third-party intellectual property. Violations result in immediate removal and account suspension.

5. Moderation

All uploaded videos and images are reviewed by a human moderator before going live. We reserve the right to reject or remove content at our sole discretion without notice.

6. Premium Membership

Premium membership ($1.5/month) provides access to video downloads and image uploads. Payment is processed by PayPal. Membership can be cancelled at any time; no refunds are issued for partial periods.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without prior notice.

8. Disclaimer

LuumynOS HUB is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for user-generated content or any damages arising from use of the platform.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
