Equip 2 pieces per hero. Epic (purple) gear is generally strongest but hardest to get. Upgrade with Shiny, Glowy & Starry Ore from Clan Games, events & raids. Focus on maxing 2 loadouts per hero rather than spreading ore thin. ★ starred = best-in-slot.

💰 Ore Economy & Blacksmith
Master the ore system to supercharge your heroes faster than your opponents
🔑 The Golden Rule: Shiny → Glowy → Starry
Shiny Ore is the most common — use it freely on common equipment. Glowy Ore is mid-rarity — save for Epic equipment upgrades. Starry Ore is extremely rare — spend only on your absolute best-in-slot Epic pieces.
Never waste Starry Ore on Common equipment. Don't spread ore across all 6 heroes equally — concentrate on your two most-used heroes first (usually BK + AQ).

🤖 O.T.T.O — Your Most Valuable Goal
O.T.T.O is a robot that acts as a permanent 2nd builder in your Home Village. He unlocks when you complete 4 specific Builder Base upgrades. This is the single biggest efficiency boost in the entire game — get him ASAP.

Battle Machine lv30 (O.T.T.O unlock) → X-Bow + Roaster (highest DPS defenses) → Multi-Mortar + Double Cannon (splash coverage) → Air Bombs + Mega Mine (anti-air traps) → Guard Post (CC defense) → Walls. Keep all Gear-Up targets maxed. Crush the BH Builder Hall level last — it unlocks new defenses but caps your opponent matchmaking pool.
